My wife is in the process of starting
a domestic / light industrial cleaning
- business up - Have you got any tips
I could pass on to her ?

I owned a cleaning
business
for 6 years, closed it due to burn
out and labor problems. But I'm back
..different city, bigger city. Different
labor force.
most important thing is planning knock
a business plan together i started
my own business 2 yrs ago and immediately
ran into cash flow problems but i
overcame that ,i got too big too soon
and struggled to pay employees getting
contracts is easy keeping them is
the problem start off small get good
cash flow going don't forget it can
take up to 90 days to get payments
from your contracts your local
council will help with grants etc.and
are a good source of advice it is
hard at first but worth it .
