It's not so much a weird question as it is a lazy question. If your not willing to get out there and do some research and work and find out what will work in your area, how are you gonna make a business of it? Read some books on business plans, then write your own (when you learn to spell). You also asked for three different business plans what do you want to do, figure that out first.
If you're looking for a model of how to write one, most cities and towns have these mystical places called "Libraries".  They have things inside called "Books", which will contain all the information you need for your project.  Now get off your and do some research putz
